Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver end-to-end immersive digital learning solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Manage and conduct regular reviews to evaluate effectiveness of digital learning solutions output.

  • Manage and monitor learning activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user engagement, enrollment/completion tracking, efficiencies and data integrity on a daily basis.

  • Review and analyse LMS and learning-related reports to generate reported insights on adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness for management as needed and/ or on relevant frequencies

  • Independently manage assigned learning projects end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and adapt delivery approaches in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.

  • ACTA / ACLP or DACE /DDLDP certification is an advantage.

  • At least 3 years L&D related working experience, preferably within a medium to large or multinational organisation.

  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of graphic design and video-editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva).

  • Experience with web-based LMS platforms (e.g. Absorb, Blackboard, Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar)

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., iSpring / Articulate)

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong attention to detail in content development, analytics, and administrative execution.

  • Solid project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for outcomes.

  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-evolving environment.

  • Innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; a reliable team contributor.

  • Demonstrates strong curiosity and a keen interest in emerging eLearning trends, evolving digital learning technologies, and innovative tools.
