Job Summary


Manage and support digital marketing activities by creating and scheduling social media content, assisting with campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing events to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.


Responsibilities



  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase audience engagement and brand visibility

  • Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials to communicate company messages clearly and attractively to target audiences

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support marketing objectives and drive measurable results

  • Monitor campaign performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to inform and optimize marketing strategies

  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date customer and campaign information for effective targeting and follow-up

  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for marketing events such as webinars and trade shows to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experience

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and audience needs to support informed marketing decisions and strategy development

  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by assisting with website content improvements aimed at increasing online visibility and traffic

  • Manage marketing team calendars and provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient marketing operations and project delivery


Preferred competencies and qualifications



  • Basic training in digital marketing to understand fundamental marketing principles and tools

  • Familiarity with social media platforms to effectively manage and engage online communities

  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva and video editing software to create visually appealing content

  • Strong time management and multitasking skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
