Digital Marketing Assistant

• Manage content creation for marketing campaigns/ manage marketing assets


• Edited photos, videos, banners, social media posting, and Copywriting (Articles, blogs, EDM/ Email, ...)


• Manage social media platforms, engage and answering inquiries in social media.


• Engage patients with various kinds of photography or video-based content for marketing purposes and brand awareness


• Must have outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify the problem


• Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns


• Monitor progress of campaigns, answering inquiries in marketing & sales through email and secure appointment.


• Work with internal and external vendors whenever required


• Responding to feedback, inquiries, and comments, to increase brand awareness, actively engage customers service,


• · Able to converse articulately in good written and spoken English


• Develop new reach out customers effectively


• Provide exceptional customer service to our online customers.


• Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics & Adwords, Content Management Systems, and Facebook


• Evaluate and improve current online customer service practices, providing guidelines and SOPs.


• Assist and liaise with an external agency to manage SEO capabilities.
