Digital Marketing cum indoor Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Developing & maintenance of digital presence of the Company's visibility in the social media & digital marketing platforms

• Updating & Maintenance of Company's website

• To prepare sales orders and invoices upon receipt of confirmed sales order.

• Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation

• Developing, maintaining and updating of management system for sales databases and sales records

• Collaborating with operations, service, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in written and verbal English & Mandarin is a pre-requisite.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Apps and social media digital creator

• Possess excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of sales process, preferably with Customer service/ Sales experience

• Self-driven mindset, genuine interest in driving projects forward and seeing them through to completion.

• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work effectively among different ethnic & cultural groups.
