Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to manage online advertising performance, optimise profitability, handle marketplace operations, and create engaging social media content. The ideal candidate understands digital ad metrics, marketplace tools, and has creativity in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising & Profitability

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Ads campaigns.

  • Track campaign performance including CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate.

  • Analyse ad spend vs sales to determine profitability by SKU, campaign, and platform.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly ROI and performance reports.

  • Recommend strategies to reduce cost and improve profitability.

2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop creative content and social media postings to improve engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

  • Plan posting calendars and assist in content scheduling.

  • Create basic visuals (Canva) and write captions for promotional and engagement-focused posts.

  • Monitor engagement rate, reach, and insights to identify what content performs best.

  • Explore trending formats (Reels, TikTok-style videos) to increase visibility.

3. Marketplace Management (Shopee & Lazada)

  • Manage daily marketplace operations including ads, pricing, promotions, and campaign participation.

  • Monitor competitor listings and market trends.

  • Analyse ad spend vs profitability and adjust bidding strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain strong product visibility and ensure listings follow platform rules.

4. SKU & Listing Management

  • Create new SKUs and product listings across all platforms.

  • Update product images, pricing, descriptions, attributes, and variations.

  • Maintain accurate, optimised, and compliant listings.

  • Ensure consistency of product data across internal systems and online channels.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Track sales performance, advertising ROI, and profitability by SKU or category.

Prepare dashboards and summaries for management review.

Highlight underperforming items and propose action plans.

Requirements

- Experience with Google Ads, Shopee Ads, or Lazada Ads (or willingness to learn).

- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and profitability metrics.

- Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging content.

- Familiar with social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok).

- Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva for graphic design tasks.

- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
