Our marketing team operates at the centre of this multi-brand ecosystem — driving strategy, content, and performance across diverse audiences and business models. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is able to think strategically, execute independently, and deliver measurable results across multiple brands.
Role Objective
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing initiatives across AGrader Learning Centre and our portfolio of brands.
This role is anchored in customer journey and conversion management — requiring you to design and manage end-to-end marketing funnels across multiple brands, while driving performance through content, paid media, and data-led optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey & Conversion Management
Map and optimise full-funnel customer journeys across brands — from awareness to conversion and retention
Develop audience segmentation strategies and deploy targeted messaging at each stage of the funnel
Build and manage marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing sequences, trigger-based email flows, and re-engagement campaigns
Design and optimise landing pages, EDMs, and campaign assets to improve conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs
Analyse funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and implement data-driven improvements
Integrate paid advertising, email marketing, and content into cohesive, results-driven campaigns
Content Creation
Plan, film, and edit video and visual content tailored to each brand’s identity and audience
Develop structured content frameworks across websites, landing pages, EDMs, and social platforms
Write clear, engaging copy that adapts across different brand voices and funnel stages
Ensure consistency and quality across all published content
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns across:
Google (Search, GDN, YouTube)
Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
TikTok
Manage budgets and performance metrics to maximise ROI across multiple brands
Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns using Meta Pixel and Google tags
Job Requirements
Core Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proven hands-on experience in:
Marketing funnel strategy
Customer journey mapping
Conversion optimisation
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
Retargeting and remarketing execution
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Ads Managers) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging across different brands and funnel stages
Content Creation Capability
Experience in video filming and editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)
Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Good to Have
Experience managing multiple brands or clients concurrently
Exposure to marketing automation and email campaign setup
Experience in education or e-commerce industries

Working Arrangement
Hybrid (2 days work-from-office per week)
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm (45-minute paid meal break)
Rest days: Sunday and Monday
Office based in the West region of Singapore
