Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong experience in social media management, campaign execution, and marketing analytics. Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment or passion for sustainability industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Strategy
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize strategies
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand visibility
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
Brand Awareness & Positioning
Support initiatives to strengthen brand identity and positioning across digital platforms
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual branding
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote key services and thought leadership
Campaign Management
Execute end-to-end digital campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, and organic initiatives
Track campaign performance (ROI, CTR, conversions) and prepare reports with actionable insights
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions
Content & Communications
Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials, including articles, case studies, and promotional content
Assist in creating compelling copy for digital platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Experience in running marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred / Advantageous
Experience working in a consultancy or professional services firm
Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and marketing automation tools
