Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong experience in social media management, campaign execution, and marketing analytics. Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment or passion for sustainability industry will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Strategy



  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals


  • Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize strategies



Social Media Management



  • Manage and grow company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)


  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand visibility


  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly



Brand Awareness & Positioning



  • Support initiatives to strengthen brand identity and positioning across digital platforms


  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual branding


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote key services and thought leadership



Campaign Management



  • Execute end-to-end digital campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, and organic initiatives


  • Track campaign performance (ROI, CTR, conversions) and prepare reports with actionable insights


  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions



Content & Communications



  • Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials, including articles, case studies, and promotional content


  • Assist in creating compelling copy for digital platforms



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools


  • Experience in running marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Creative mindset with attention to detail


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects



Preferred / Advantageous

  • Experience working in a consultancy or professional services firm


  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies


  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and marketing automation tools
