Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, display advertising, etc.)
Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to optimize campaigns
Manage and update company website content (e.g. product info, blogs, banners)
Coordinate seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and new launches online
Align campaigns with business goals, seasonal trends, and product launches
2. E-Commerce Platform Management
Manage and maintain the e-Commerce platforms
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and visual assets on e-Commerce platforms, and ensure up-to-date and accurate at all times
Monitor and improve store ratings, response times, and customer satisfaction
Create optimized content and visuals to improve product ranking and conversion rates on each platform
Plan and manage sales forecast to achieve sales targets
Track online sales performance and competitor activities regularly
Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for smooth fulfilment of online orders
3. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
Manage social media platforms in terms of overseeing, producing and optimizing online content to augment company’s offerings and mission
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content (visuals, captions, hashtags, reels) to increase brand engagement
Monitor community engagement, reply to comments/messages, and report feedback trends.
4. Product Images & Visual Assets
Handle product photography and image editing
Ensure high-quality product images for all platforms
Maintain visual consistency across platforms and ensure images follow brand guidelines
5. Catalogue & Poster Design
Create/edit promotional materials such as e-brochures, catalogues, and in-store posters using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure accurate product info and visuals
Collaborate with designers or agencies when needed for large-scale campaigns
6. Campaign Coordination
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote new product launches, festive collections (e.g., Valentine’s, CNY, Christmas)
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, design, supply chain) to align digital marketing with offline promotions such as atrium fairs or store activations.
Other Responsibilities
Keep updated with industry trends in FMCG
Stay updated with digital trends, e-commerce changes, and social media algorithms
Evaluate/ suggest new digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency or customer engagement
Provide regular reports on performance metrics and insights
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in FMCG. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply too as training will be provided.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Creator Center
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and data tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
Strong creativity, attention to detail
Passion for confectionery, gifting culture, and seasonal marketing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, customer-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Ability to work independently with positive attitude
Ability to perform under pressure
