Digital Marketing Executive (Beauty Industry)

Salary Range: S$4,000 – S$6,000 (Base) + Performance Commission
Location: Singapore
Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional with a proven track record in the beauty industry. You will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle—from high-level strategy and ad planning to hands-on content creation and lead conversion. Your primary goal is to leverage online platforms to drive consistent foot traffic to our physical outlets.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management: Conceptualize, execute, and manage 360-degree online marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the beauty/aesthetic market.
Lead Generation & Traffic Conversion: Develop and implement "Online-to-Offline" (O2O) strategies to attract new customers and ensure a high conversion rate of digital inquiries into salon appointments.
Content Production: Script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and craft compelling ad copy/social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
Ad Strategy & Media Buying: Plan and optimize paid advertising budgets across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance, providing data-backed insights and adjusting strategies to meet monthly store traffic KPIs.

Job Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience specifically within the Beauty, Wellness, or Aesthetic industry.
Content Prowess: Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and a strong sense of visual storytelling .
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager,Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok Ads, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
Results-Oriented: A self-starter who is motivated by targets and understands the nuances of the Singapore beauty consumer market.
Language: Excellent command of English.
