Description
To plan, execute, and manage digital marketing initiatives that drive audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and grow AGrader Learning Centre’s brand presence across digital platforms. This role owns end-to-end execution of brand campaigns — spanning content creation, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer management — ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and performance outcomes.

AGrader Learning Centre is a tuition and enrichment chain with 19 outlets islandwide. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to work closely with the management team to plan, execute, and optimise integrated brand campaigns — strengthening our digital presence and market positioning in the education sector.
Job Responsibilities
Content Creation
Plan, film, and edit video and visual content aligned with the brand’s image and target audience.
Design visuals and layouts for websites, landing pages, EDMs, display ads, and platform-specific content.
Develop creative concepts and copy that drive engagement and brand growth.
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google (Search, GDN, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
Manage ad budgets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
SEO/SEM & Analytics
Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance across channels and touchpoints, translating insights into actionable improvements.
Plan and execute EDM campaigns to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
Social Media Management
Strategise, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook and Instagram.
Oversee community management, ensuring timely and on‑brand audience engagement.
Influencer Management
Identify, engage, and manage influencer collaborations aligned with campaign objectives and brand values.
Track and evaluate influencer campaign performance and report on outcomes.
Job Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with exposure to content creation, paid advertising, and social media management.
Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts and execution.
Hands‑on experience in video filming and editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
Comfortable using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Strong copywriting skills with excellent written and verbal English.
Exposure to influencer outreach or campaign coordination is advantageous.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring written and visual content meet high‑quality standards.
Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable managing tasks both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A genuine interest in the education industry is advantageous.
