Job Requirements
Candidates will be required to complete a written Japanese test (approx. 30 minutes) and attend an interview in Japanese with the Japanese hiring manager.
Minimum qualification: Diploma.
JLPT N1 certification with strong proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (as websites and communications are primarily in Japanese).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2C e-commerce.
Proven track record in web marketing and customer acquisition at executive level.
Strong writing ability, with experience creating clear and persuasive content (e.g., email marketing).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
Highly self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently with accountability.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
Prior experience in launching e-commerce businesses or online services.
Hands-on skills in SEO management.
Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights.
Experience working or living overseas (preferred).
Familiarity with CMS operations.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize web marketing campaigns focused on new customer acquisition.
Manage hands-on activities in one or more of the following areas:
o SEO, affiliate management, or paid advertising (for customer acquisition)
o Email and blog content writing (for customer retention)
Develop, implement, and recommend improvements to customer acquisition strategies.
Analyze campaign data, monitor performance, and implement actionable improvements.
Utilize SEO strategies, AI crawler optimization, and competitor analysis tools (advantageous).
