Job Requirements
- Candidates will be required to complete a written Japanese test (approx. 30 minutes) and attend an interview in Japanese with the Japanese hiring manager.
- Minimum qualification: a Diploma.

JLPT N1 certification with strong proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (as websites and communications are primarily in Japanese). - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2C e-commerce.
- Proven track record in web marketing and customer acquisitionat executive level.
- Strong writing ability, with experience creating clear and persuasive content (e.g., email marketing).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently with accountability.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Prior experience in launching e-commerce businesses or online services.
- Hands-on skills in SEO management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights.
- Experience working or living overseas (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMS operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize web marketing campaignsfocused on new customer acquisition.
- Manage hands-on activities in one or more of the following areas:
- SEO, affiliate management, or paid advertising (for customer acquisition)
- Email and blog content writing (for customer retention)
- Develop, implement, and recommend improvements to customer acquisition strategies.
- Analyze campaign data, monitor performance, and implement actionable improvements.
- Utilize SEO strategies, AI crawler optimization, and competitor analysis tools (advantageous).
