Job Location and Working Hours:


  • Tiong Bahru

  • 5 days work week, Mon – Fri, office hours


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an E-commerce Listing & Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings across e-commerce platforms (eg: Lazada,Shopee,Shopify and Amazon etc) and driving performance marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in digital advertising to achieve measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management


  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on relevant e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok, etc)

  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and keyword optimization to enhance visibility and sales.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitiveness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Attend and assist on product launches, trade fairs, or company events that may occasionally take place on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and travel to retail outlets as required.


Digital Marketing


  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Develop engaging ad creatives and copy in collaboration with design/content teams.

  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and implement data-driven optimizations.


Analytics & Reporting


  • Utilize Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and related tools to track campaign performance.

  • Prepare detailed reports on key metrics including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROI.

  • Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of campaigns and listings.


Others:
Perform any ad hoc duties as required by Superior or Management.


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

    • At least 1–3 years of working experiences proven in e-commerce product listing and performance marketing.

    • Positive working attitude with business acumen mindset.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram Ads.

    • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and SEO for product listings.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

    • Willing to travel to retail outlets when required and occasionally work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) to support product launches, trade fairs, or company events.
