You aren't just posting on social media; you are building the funnel that connects our award-winning designers with their next dream project.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Brand Voice & Content: Develop, design, and manage high-quality content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be responsible for the "look and feel" of our digital presence.
Growth Hacking: Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM) to drive high-quality traffic.
Community & Lead Management: Engage with our followers and manage the "Lead Engine"—ensuring inquiries are captured and distributed efficiently to our design team.
Data-Driven Strategy: Use Google Analytics and platform insights to report on ROI and pivot strategies based on what the data tells you.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of interior design trends and competitor moves to keep Edgeline Planners at the forefront of the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, specifically managing end-to-end social media campaigns and performance marketing.
Technical Expertise: Highly proficient in launching and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Ads (SEM), and SEO strategies.
The "ID Eye": An aesthetic sensibility to create and edit content (images/video) that resonates with interior design enthusiasts.
Analytical Tools: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing tech stacks to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Self-Starter: A candidate who doesn't just "post" but proactively suggests ways to increase our conversion rates and brand presence.
