About the Role
Join Singapore’s leading soymilk and snack brand as we continue to innovate across retail, e-commerce, and lifestyle experiences. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in growing Mr Bean’s digital presence, engaging our customers online, and driving campaigns that connect our brand to everyday happiness.
Our current office is located in Aljunied area.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around Early 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation: Develop creative ideas, visuals, and copywriting that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Digital Campaigns: Execute and monitor online campaigns (paid ads, collaborations, contests, influencer marketing) to drive awareness and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI), prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
Website & E-Commerce: Update and maintain website content, product listings, and promotions in coordination with internal teams.
Brand & Event Support: Support product launches, festive campaigns, and in-store activations through integrated online-offline promotions.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, operations, and R&D teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
Basic Designing: Create and adapt marketing visuals for digital and print use (e.g., resizing posters, banners, social media posts, EDMs).
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing (F&B or retail experience preferred).
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
Strong visual and aesthetic sense, creative mindset, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
