Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.

  • Create marketing content and copy (ads, landing pages, emails, video scripts).

  • Produce short and long-form video ads and other lead-generation materials (e-books, infographics).

  • Manage and optimize online advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.

  • Analyse campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve marketing ROI.
    Perform market research and customer analysis to understand audience behaviour and trends.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree with Marketing or Communications

  • Strong copywriting, creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently.

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and design/video tools is an advantage.
