Digital Marketing Executive

Working Location: 9 Penang Rd

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Position: Full Time

Salary: Up to $4000/month

Responsibilities

• Lead social media management by planning weekly content, creating reels and captions for Instagram and Facebook to grow followers and increase engagement organically


• Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, support Google Search Ads management, track ad performance, and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI


• Develop and launch at least two marketing campaigns monthly, including bundle deals and seasonal promotions, while monitoring competitor marketing activities to maintain competitive advantage


• Maintain and enhance Google Business profile by responding to customer reviews and improving search visibility to drive online presence


• Design simple marketing posters using Canva and support menu updates and marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging


• Coordinate campaign execution with outlet managers to align marketing initiatives with operational activities


• Drive KPIs focused on increasing customer traffic and revenue, improving average customer spending, maintaining profitable ad performance, growing social media engagement, and delivering successful marketing campaigns

Required competencies and certifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry


• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns


• Basic knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign execution


• Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials


• Strong execution skills to implement marketing plans effectively


• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders


• Ability to perform and deliver results in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail marketing, mall promotions, or delivery platform marketing
