Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing-oriented and internet-savvy marketing executive to develop and implement the company’s digital marketing and communications business strategy. The candidate will support product development and brand growth by managing e-commerce listings, creating compelling product photography/videography, and executing marketing strategies across retail, internet, and F&B channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans and strategies to drive achievement of corporate goals
- Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including email templates, social media and promotional artworks, eDMS, digital advertisements, digital event materials, and informative videos to engage target audiences
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content and photographs to enhance brand storytelling and product visibility
- Create original digital artwork for image processing to support marketing campaigns
- Design and source attractive, current food packaging materials for new SKUs and SKU refresh projects to increase product appeal and market competitiveness
- Measure and analyze digital marketing performance using web analytics tools to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Manage e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product listings and seamless customer experience
- Maintain and update customer database to support targeted marketing and customer relationship management
- Adapt to additional responsibilities and ad-hoc duties to meet evolving business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce, or Infocomm Technology
- Minimum two years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools including social media technologies, online marketing platforms, analytics, SEO, and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of major localized social media and e-commerce platforms
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated responsibility, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking skills
- Experience in establishing a new division within a company
