Job Purpose:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to strengthen and elevate our brand’s digital presence across all key online platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day management of our digital channels, content creation, community engagement, digital advertising, and reporting.
You will have the creative freedom to develop compelling content that engages our audience, drives brand awareness, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances our overall online visibility.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Create engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, visual identity and business objectives.
Conceptualise and coordinate electronic direct mailers (EDMs) to support ongoing campaigns.
Plan and execute photography and videography shoots to create compelling visual content that enhances brand storytelling.
Monitor emerging trends and proactively adapt content strategies to capitalise on timely opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate publishing of all scheduled content.
Digital Advertising
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google – including monitoring campaign performance.
Digital Platform Management
Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across all digital platforms, including website, social media channels and Google listings.
Monitor and engage with online communities’ by responding to comments, messages and interactions in a timely manner.
Reporting
Track, analyse and report on social media performance metrics (followers, reach, impression, engagement) to evaluate effectiveness and inform future content strategy.
Prepare and present mid-month and end-of-month reports to the Sports Club Ambassador.
Others
Loyalty & CRM Management: Support updates and responses related to Harry’s Rewards members enquiries.
Marketing Supporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for general enquiries via the marketing inbox.
Third-Party Platform Management: Oversee third-party reservation platforms, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in the F&B industry is preferred. Fresh Grads are welcome! J
Strong command of English with a flair for crafting compelling, story-driven content.
Proficiency in photography and videography skills with basic photo and video editing.
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop or Canva) are an advantage.
Strong ownership and accountability in consistently meeting content publishing schedules.
