Info-Tech is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support lead generation through paid digital campaigns, campaign tracking, and ongoing performance improvement. This role will focus primarily on performance marketing, while also supporting SEO initiatives, content optimization, and the use of AI tools to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.


You will work closely with the in-house marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to improve both the quality and quantity of leads across digital channels.


Paid Digital Campaigns



  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead volume, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for campaign execution.

  • Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve performance.


Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting



  • Set up and maintain tracking across various platforms to measure campaign performance accurately.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics such as leads, conversion rates, and cost per lead.

  • Review campaign performance regularly and provide insights and recommendations to the team.

  • Support the preparation of performance reports and dashboards for internal review.

  • Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.)


SEO Support



  • Conduct keyword research to support SEO and content planning.

  • Work with the marketing team to optimize website pages, landing pages, and content for search visibility.

  • Monitor basic SEO performance such as rankings, traffic trends, and page-level improvements.

  • Support ongoing SEO improvements in collaboration with content and website stakeholders.


Research and Collaboration



  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

  • Work closely with the in-house marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation outcomes.

  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to develop effective ad creatives and campaign assets.


AI-Enabled Marketing Efficiency



  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in areas such as ad copy drafting, keyword research, content ideation, reporting support, and campaign analysis.

  • Explore practical ways to streamline repetitive marketing tasks while maintaining quality and brand consistency.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in paid media.

  • Good experience managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Proven ability to support lead generation and improve campaign performance through paid digital marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Experience with campaign tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform ad managers is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.

  • Understanding of CMS platforms and the user experience o websites or landing pages.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing productivity and content support is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Responsive, resourceful, and able to provide workable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong passion for digital marketing, performance improvement, and continuous learning.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.
