We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support paid acquisition, content strategy, and social media growth for Innerwork Circle’s ecosystem.
Mission of the Role
Support the execution and optimization of paid acquisition and content efforts that drive qualified leads into the Innerwork Circle ecosystem.
This role combines performance marketing, content execution, and social media management to convert audiences into event participants, community members, and program clients.
Client Profile
You will support campaigns targeting individuals who are already successful in their professional lives and are seeking deeper personal growth.
Typical audiences include:
Founders and entrepreneurs
Business owners and senior leaders
Investors and high-net-worth individuals
High-performing professionals seeking personal mastery
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Acquisition & Campaign Execution
Support the planning, launching, and optimization of campaigns across:
Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Assist in managing budgets, targeting, and performance tracking to achieve efficient CPL and CPA.
2. Content Strategy & Execution
Support the development and execution of content across:
Short-form content (high priority):
Reels / TikTok-style videos
Hook-driven storytelling
UGC-style ad creatives
Long-form content:
Landing pages
Sales pages
Email sequences
Assist in creating storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
3. Social Media Management
Support content calendar planning and execution
Align organic content with paid campaigns
Engage with audience and support growth initiatives
4. Funnel Optimization
Assist in improving landing pages and conversion flows
Identify basic drop-off points and suggest improvements
5. Experimentation & Growth
Support A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and audiences
Iterate campaigns based on performance data
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report on:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Conversion rates
Event registrations
Support weekly reporting and insights generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
~2–4 years experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
Basic understanding of paid media and conversion funnels
Experience with Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads
Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative execution
Familiarity with social media content and growth
Preferred
Experience in events, education, coaching, or digital programs
Exposure to personal brand content
Interest in storytelling, behavioral psychology, or audience psychology
