Salary Range: $3,200-$4,500
What you'll be doing?
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement web marketing campaigns focused on attracting new customers and driving e-commerce growth.
Content Creation: Craft compelling email marketing content and blog posts to engage and retain customers, showcasing your strong writing skills.
SEO Management: Apply your hands-on SEO expertise to optimize website visibility and improve organic search rankings.
Performance Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance, derive insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
Strategy Development: Contribute to customer acquisition strategies, recommending and implementing enhancements based on market trends and campaign results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively within a multicultural team, communicating ideas and insights to drive collective success.
Who are they looking for?
Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 certification with strong spoken and written Japanese Language skills, as websites and communications are primarily in Japanese Language.
Digital Marketing Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2C e-commerce, demonstrating a proven track record in web marketing and customer acquisition.
Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma qualification, showcasing your academic foundation in a relevant field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting, along with experience in CMS operations.
Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Self-Motivation: Highly driven individual capable of managing tasks independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
Cross-Cultural Experience: Prior experience working or living overseas is appreciated, contributing to your ability to thrive in a diverse work environment.
E-commerce Insight: Previous involvement in launching e-commerce businesses or online services is valued, bringing practical knowledge to the role.
