Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, ads, videos, and visuals) aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools
Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC), including budget allocation and performance optimization
Coordinate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences
Strong understanding of digital channels (social media, EDMs) and marketing analytics tools (E.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Basic CRM)
Proficiency in MS Office; Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
Good written and visual communication skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns to meet deadlines
