Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

This position is for 1 Year Contract

1. Content Creation & Management

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).


• Help write blog posts, newsletters, and website copy.


• Support in planning monthly content calendars and campaign themes.

2. Social Media Marketing

• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer.


• Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages.


• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers).


• Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.


• Monitor ad performance and prepare simple reports.


• Research audience targeting ideas for new campaigns.

3. Email Marketing

• Help design and send newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.


• Manage subscriber lists and track open/click rates.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Collect data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad dashboards.


• Prepare weekly or monthly marketing performance reports.

5. Market Research

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.


• Research influencer collaborations or potential partnership opportunities.

6. Administrative & Coordination Support

• Assist in organizing marketing materials or events.


• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media or Mass Communication or related field.


• Basic understanding of marketing principles and online media.


• Basic knowledge of photo editing will prefer.
