Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Internal Digital Marketing
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for internal branding and product promotion.
Manage digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
Phase 2: Digital Marketing Agency (External)
Transition to external marketing efforts for new business ventures.
Manage and execute full-scale digital marketing strategies for external clients.
Build and lead a small team (up to 3 members) to deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both internal branding and external client campaigns.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports for continuous campaign improvement.
Strong leadership skills for team building and client management.
