DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and content-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. This role will span across multiple aesthetic brands, focusing on content creation, WhatsApp API marketing, influencer campaigns, and corporate tie-ups to promote our treatments, vouchers, and services.
The ideal candidate is both creative and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple content streams, grow brand presence across digital platforms, and actively develop external collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content StrategyManage content calendars across several aesthetic brands, ensuring consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
Create compelling, high-conversion content for websites, emailers, landing pages, blog articles, and social platforms.
Develop persuasive copy for sales promotions, treatment education, influencer content, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Plan and execute automated WhatsApp API campaigns to drive re-engagement, lead conversion, and client retention.
Segment customer groups and customize WhatsApp message flows according to treatment interests and behavior.
Track open rates, responses, and campaign performance for continuous refinement.
Source and manage influencers, KOLs, and micro-creators across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube).
Coordinate bookings, briefings, and content approval workflows for UGC and paid campaigns.
Collaborate with the video team to develop storyboards and visual content involving influencer testimonials and treatment walkthroughs.
Identify and pitch corporate partners (e.g., HR teams, wellness providers, lifestyle brands) for tie-ups and B2B voucher sales.
Secure brand collaborations and co-marketing opportunities that drive brand visibility and new customer acquisition.
Develop customized outreach decks, proposals, and post-campaign reports to maintain strong external partnerships.
Oversee day-to-day posting, engagement, and analytics across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create and schedule multimedia content aligned with campaign goals and seasonal promos.
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and hashtags to ensure community management and reputation upkeep.
Create a content calendar for YouTube that includes treatment education, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to increase discoverability.
Monitor performance and engagement metrics to refine future video strategy.
Assist with in-house events, client appreciation campaigns, new launch activations, and seasonal promos.
Liaise with external vendors for printing, logistics, and gifting.
Produce internal communications materials, EDMs, and retail collaterals when needed.
Track campaign performance across all platforms using analytics tools.
Provide monthly reporting on content engagement, influencer ROI, WhatsApp campaign outcomes, and corporate partnership progress.
Suggest content tweaks or channel strategies based on performance data.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital or content marketing, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Excellent copywriting skills, both in English and Chinese.
Strong understanding of WhatsApp marketing, social platform management, and UGC trends.
Familiarity with Chinese platforms like Xiaohongshu and WeChat is a must.
Proactive, independent, and able to manage several campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
Bonus: experience in corporate partnerships, outreach, or voucher campaigns.
