Main Responsibilities
- Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat, Little Red Book) and websites to create interest and for lead generation.
- Design a content calendar to nurture leads through email marketing and social media advertising.
- Write contents and creative copy for social media posts, captions, emails, website content, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct research, analyses for new trend and fresh ways to execute on social media contents and postings
- Create and curate engaging contents (images, videos, headlines, etc.) for social media posts.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Manage and create social media contents and postings.
- Plan, create and execute an SEO and SEM strategy.
- Analyse our online web traffic, propose ways to increase web traffic, increase conversion rates.
- Create, manage and grow online communities to enhance brand visibility
- Handle enquiries and feedback on social media.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/ Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Paid Search (PPC) and in-depth experience with website analytics tools is an advantage.
- Proficient in AI apps or e-marketing apps/software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Video Editing, Image Editing is preferred.
- Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, SEM and email marketing best practices.
- Preferably bilingual in spoken and written English and Chinese so as to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
