Job Description:
Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth in key international markets.
Prepare and manage promotional materials across multiple digital touchpoints, including website, eDM, and social media.
Coordinate with in-house designers to produce high-quality digital advertisements, brochures, and brand collaterals.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for ROI optimisation.
Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid reach, while maintaining and updating website content.
Proactively monitor industry competitors and market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Craft compelling, USP-driven copy that addresses customer pain points and drives conversions.
Manage end-to-end email marketing, including audience segmentation, tagging, and the development of automated lead-nurturing workflows.
Support the design and logistical planning for international and regional trade shows (e.g., Big5, Buildtech, Conexpo, Bauma).
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing (online and offline). Experience in Public Relations is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Analytics tools, solid understanding of SEO/SEM and email automation platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with a creative mindset; a team player with excellent communication skills.
Attributes: High level of self-motivation, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
