Digital Marketing Executive (Property Lead Generation)
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help us build a scalable lead generation system for the real estate business.
This role is focused on generating high-quality buyer and seller leads through digital channels, primarily via Facebook & Instagram advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
Generate consistent leads for property buyers and sellers
Test and improve ad creatives, hooks, and marketing angles
Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversion rates)
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
Build and optimise simple funnels (landing pages / lead forms)
Continuously experiment with new strategies to scale results
Requirements
Experience running Facebook / Instagram ads (lead generation preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing funnels (ad → lead → conversion)
Data-driven mindset (comfortable analysing performance metrics)
Ability to test creatives and improve results over time
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Bonus (not required):
Experience in real estate marketing
Familiar with tools like GoHighLevel or landing page builders
