Key Responsibilities
Execute digital marketing campaigns across website, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising
Support patient acquisition campaigns to increase consultations and treatment inquiries
Create healthcare-related content including educational articles, videos, doctor profiles, and patient awareness campaigns
Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign performance
Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rate, ROI, website traffic, and patient engagement
Work closely with doctors, medical teams, designers, and agencies to ensure accurate and compliant healthcare messaging
Support CRM and email marketing campaigns for patient retention and follow-up
Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and patient privacy requirements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Assist with website updates, SEO optimization, and online reputation management
Prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign performance updates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, or business development within the healthcare industry.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems.
Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and medical advertising guidelines is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
