Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media, Content & Live Commerce)
Job Purpose
To drive brand awareness and sales through short-form video content and live commerce on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee Live, by creating engaging content, hosting live sessions, and actively interacting with customers to promote the company’s products, treatments, and outlets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok and other relevant social platforms
Create engaging content featuring:
Product demonstrations and key benefits
Treatment processes and results
Outlet visits, behind-the-scenes, and daily operations
Promotional campaigns and new product launches
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Stay updated on social media and short-video trends, particularly on TikTok
2. Live Hosting & Live Commerce (TikTok Live & Shopee Live)
Host regular live sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live to:
Promote products and treatments
Explain usage, benefits, and promotions
Answer customer questions in real time
Act as an on-screen brand representative during live sessions
Drive engagement and conversions during live streams
Coordinate live schedules, product setup, and talking points with the marketing and operations teams
3. Product Promotion & Sales Support
Actively promote products, bundles, and campaigns during content creation and live sessions
Highlight key selling points, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately
Support live sales initiatives and platform-specific campaigns (e.g. Shopee sales days)
4. Community & Customer Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on TikTok and Shopee platforms
Address customer questions professionally and promptly
Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant internal teams when required
5. Outlet Visits & On-Ground Content
Visit company outlets to capture content related to treatments, promotions, and customer experiences
Coordinate with outlet staff for filming and live session support
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and report basic performance metrics including:
Video views, engagement, and follower growth
Live session traffic, engagement, and sales performance
Provide insights and recommendations to improve content and live performance
Requirements & Skills
Experience & Technical Skills
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or live hosting
Hands-on experience or strong interest in TikTok Live and/or Shopee Live
Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging audiences live
Basic video shooting and editing skills
Personal Attributes
Confident, energetic, and presentable on camera
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for live sessions
Able to travel to outlets as required
