Description
We are a premium Korean confinement centre delivering luxury, hotel-style service to mothers and newborns. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to grow brand awareness, generate quality enquiries, and drive room bookings through content, performance marketing, and strong guest-focused storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Lead Generation
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search/YouTube/Display) to generate enquiries and bookings.
Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and landing page improvements to improve CPL/CPA and conversion rates.
Implement and maintain tracking (e.g., GA4, pixels, basic GTM) and ensure leads are captured correctly.
Content & Brand (Luxury Service Tone)
Build and manage a content calendar aligned to key themes: facilities, suites, nursing care, testimonials, packages, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Create/coordinate content (short videos, reels, photos, simple edits) using tools like Canva/CapCut, and work with external photographers/videographers when needed.
Maintain brand voice consistent with luxury hospitality (warm, reassuring, premium).
CRM, Reviews & Partnerships
Manage enquiry flow: follow-up sequences/EDMs/WhatsApp-first messaging support (in coordination with Sales/Guest Relations).
Support online reputation: Google Reviews, listings, and responses (professional, empathetic service recovery tone).
Support partnerships/referrals (e.g., maternity clinics, baby brands, parent communities) through digital campaigns and collaterals.
Reporting
Track weekly/monthly performance: leads, conversion, booking pipeline, ROAS, top creatives, top keywords, and key learnings.
Provide simple reports with clear next-step recommendations.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3 years experience in digital marketing (hospitality, premium services, healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Comfortable running ads on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
Strong copywriting skills with a premium and empathetic tone (mother & baby context).
Able to work cross-functionally with Operations/Nurses/Sales to capture real stories and translate them into marketing content.
