Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who excels in both creative promotions and data-driven customer insights to drive business growth and enhance retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the customer base across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google My Business through targeted posting and active engagement


• Support digital marketing campaigns for in-store promotions by coordinating digital launch activities that increase foot traffic and sales


• Monitor digital marketing trends and analyze performance metrics to prepare monthly reports on reach and engagement, providing actionable insights to improve retail outcomes


• Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Capcut to create compelling digital content and optimize campaign effectiveness


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and retail strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business


• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing roles demonstrating measurable impact


• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, basic analytics tools, and staying current with social media trends


• Strong communication skills to articulate marketing concepts and collaborate effectively


• Creative thinking to design engaging digital content and campaigns


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple digital projects simultaneously
