We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth through effective B2B marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Ten-League Group’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Plan, create, and publish B2B-focused content (posts, banners, videos, case studies, project updates)
Handle LinkedIn marketing for brand awareness, lead generation, and employer branding
Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create product, project, and solution-based content
Manage and update the company website, including content uploads, landing pages, and basic SEO
Execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) to generate leads and inquiries
Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly marketing reports
Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and online promotions
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Track competitors’ digital activities and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors
Experience managing LinkedIn company pages
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ads
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Good written and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in heavy machinery, construction, or industrial equipment marketing
Basic graphic or video editing skills
Understanding of lead generation and CRM coordination
