Description
The Digital Marketing Executive is a dedicated, brand-specific role for Tradishot. The primary objective is to be the "face and hands" of the brand on the ground, from capturing, creating, to executing high-volume social content. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure a constant flow of assets that support the broader e-commerce and ad strategies managed by the central team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & "Always-On" Creation
Mobile-First Creation: Act as the primary videographer and photographer for Tradishot. You are responsible for capturing raw, authentic footage of products, lifestyle shots, and "behind-the-scenes" moments.
Short-Form Video Editing: Edit high-energy TikToks, Reels, and Shopee Videos using CapCut or similar mobile tools, focusing on quick turnarounds and trending formats.
Daily Asset Design: Use Canva to produce daily Instagram Stories, community posts, and basic engagement graphics that maintain the Tradishot aesthetic.
Drafting & Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide "on-the-ground" perspectives and draft initial content ideas for review.
Social Media Management & Engagement
Publishing: Handle the daily scheduling and manual posting of approved content across Tradishot’s Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
Community Pulse: Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time. You are the frontline for building brand affinity and answering customer queries.
Trend Spotting: Identify daily viral trends and sounds that Tradishot can jump on quickly to maintain relevance.
Team Support & Coordination
Asset Feeding: Supply the central creative team with raw footage and photos for use in professional mock-ups, marketplace banners, and paid ads.
Campaign Assistance: Support the execution of marketplace campaigns (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) and website (Shopify) by ensuring social content drives traffic to the correct landing pages.
Sample Management: Manage the physical inventory of samples for the brand,
ensuring products are ready for content shoots or for your team to send to KOLs.
Requirements & Experience
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
Technical Skills: Expert at mobile filming and editing (CapCut and Adobe Suite). High proficiency in Canva.
Communication: Ability to take feedback and follow brand guidelines strictly while maintaining a creative spark.
Personality: Proactive, energetic, and comfortable being "on-camera" if required for brand content
