Job Scope:

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns for funeral or automotive services.

• Manage social media, website, and online content.

• Create marketing materials and promotional content.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide professional support.

• Collaborate with internal teams and assist in organizing and coordinating events/ conferences/ exhibitions.

• Oversees and coordinates the creation and production of collateral.

• Work with vendors and partners for marketing activities.

• Generate leads and help grow the client base.

• Work independently from home while meeting targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email, website management).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Previous marketing, sales, or client service experience is a plus.

• Empathetic and professional when dealing with clients.

• Ability to track performance and suggest improvements.
