We are a Singapore-based corporate gifts company serving multinational corporations, government agencies and regional enterprises. We specialise in customised and bulk corporate gift solutions, supporting marketing campaigns, events and corporate initiatives.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, website performance and lead generation efforts.
This is not a social media role. This is a growth and performance-focused position.
🎯 Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving marketing growth across our website, SEO, campaigns and digital channels. You will work closely with the business owner and sales team to improve brand positioning, website structure, lead generation and campaign execution.
You must be strategic, analytical and execution-focused.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Website & UX Ownership
Improve website structure and layout for conversion and SEO
Optimise category pages, landing pages and product positioning
Work with WordPress themes and plugins to improve UI/UX
Identify conversion bottlenecks and propose improvements
2️⃣ SEO Strategy & Management
Develop and execute SEO roadmap
Oversee SEO agency performance and deliverables
Identify keyword opportunities and content clusters
Optimise on-page content (titles, meta, headings, internal links)
Plan backlink acquisition strategies
Monitor rankings and SEO metrics
3️⃣ Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop quarterly marketing calendar
Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal pushes
Coordinate email marketing campaigns
Work with sales team to support lead generation efforts
4️⃣ Content & AI Tool Implementation
Leverage AI tools for content drafting, image generation and marketing automation
Improve efficiency in content production and visual asset creation
Oversee design direction (not necessarily design everything personally)
5️⃣ Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track website traffic, conversion rates and keyword rankings
Identify growth opportunities using data
Provide monthly performance reports with action plans
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
3–6 years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
Experience managing SEO campaigns (in-house or agency side), and Adwords.
Comfortable working with WordPress and basic web structure
Strong understanding of conversion optimisation
Analytical and performance-driven mindset
Experience in B2B marketing preferred

Candidates must be able to present a past SEO or growth case study during interview.
