We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition, content strategy, and social media growth for Innerwork Circle’s ecosystem.
Mission of the Role
Build and scale the paid acquisition and content engine that drives qualified leads into the Innerwork Circle ecosystem.
This role combines performance marketing, content strategy, and social media management to convert audiences into event participants, community members, and program clients.

You will create campaigns targeting individuals who are already successful in their professional lives and are seeking deeper personal growth.
Typical audiences include:
Founders and entrepreneurs
Business owners and senior leaders
Investors and high-net-worth individuals
High-performing professionals seeking personal mastery
Successful candidates will understand how to craft content and campaigns that resonate with high-intent, high-value audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Manage budgets, targeting, and scaling strategies to achieve efficient cost per lead (CPL) and acquisition (CPA).
2. Content Strategy & Development
Develop and execute content across:
Short-form content (high priority):
Reels / TikTok-style videos
Hook-driven storytelling
UGC-style ad creatives
Long-form content:
Landing pages
Sales pages
Email sequences
Create storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
3. Social Media Management
Manage and grow Innerwork Circle’s presence across platforms:
Plan and execute content calendars
Align organic content with paid campaigns
Drive engagement and audience growth
4. Funnel Optimization & Conversion
Optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows to improve performance across the customer journey.
Identify drop-off points and continuously improve conversion rates.
5. Experimentation & Performance Growth
Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and audiences.
Continuously iterate campaigns based on data and insights.
6. Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Conversion rates
Event registrations
Provide weekly insights and recommendations for scaling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in performance marketing and paid media campaigns
Strong understanding of content-driven marketing and conversion funnels
Experience managing Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn Ads
Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative execution
Experience in social media growth and content strategy
Strong collaboration skills across marketing and sales teams
Preferred
Experience in events, education, coaching, or digital programs
Experience building or scaling content for personal brands
Familiarity with storytelling, behavioral psychology, or audience psychology
