Job Summary


Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across Chinese digital platforms to drive brand engagement and customer acquisition through strategic content and advertising initiatives.


Responsibilities



  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and Weibo to engage target audiences effectively

  • Manage social media accounts by developing content calendars and publishing schedules in Simplified Chinese

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies tailored to Chinese-speaking digital audiences

  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns by tracking performance metrics and analyzing ROI to enhance effectiveness

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling marketing materials aligned with campaign goals

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Chinese digital channels to inform strategy adjustments

  • Manage partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media platforms to amplify campaign reach

  • Analyze digital analytics data and prepare detailed performance reports for management review

  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted digital marketing efforts


Required competencies and certifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on management of campaigns on WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, or Weibo

  • Proficient in Chinese copywriting and content planning using Simplified Chinese

  • Experienced in using digital advertising and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance

  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end marketing campaigns

  • Knowledgeable about the digital marketing landscape in Singapore and China


Preferred competencies and qualifications



  • Experience collaborating with KOLs and managing influencer marketing campaigns

  • Skills in SEO/SEM and performance marketing techniques

  • Basic knowledge of design or video editing
