Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive brand growth across global markets. This role combines strategy and execution — ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and scaling digital initiatives across social media and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company’s global social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and X
Develop engaging content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth
Explore and launch new platforms (e.g., YouTube and other emerging channels)
E-commerce & Marketplace Management
Oversee digital storefronts across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Guardian, Watsons, and Unity
Optimise product listings, campaigns, and platform performance to drive sales and visibility
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions
Identify growth opportunities across channels and continuously improve performance
SEO & Paid Advertising
Drive SEO optimisation efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings
Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
Analytics & Reporting
Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) across all digital channels, including social media, e-commerce, SEO, and paid campaigns
Track and monitor key indicators such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, sales performance, and ROI
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports with concise insights, key learnings, and actionable recommendations
Provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness, growth trends, and areas for improvement
Translate data into clear business insights to support decision-making and strategy refinement
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify new tools, trends, and approaches to enhance digital performance
Test, learn, and refine strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and Management to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Support integrated campaigns across online and offline channels
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and digital analytics tools
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Driven, organised and possess business acumen
