Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role oversees digital campaigns, social media marketing, online advertising, and performance analytics across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify new digital channels and opportunities to increase customer acquisition and engagement.
Manage the overall digital marketing roadmap and campaign calendar.
2. Online Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing
Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content including videos, posts, and promotional campaigns.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where relevant.
4. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Design and optimize digital funnels to generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
Implement digital initiatives to increase online bookings, inquiries, and client engagement.
Support the sales team with digital marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
5. Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
6. Team Collaboration & Vendor Management
Work closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and creative teams.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors where necessary.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
