Description
Responsibilities
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for bakery products (cakes, pastries, bread, snacks, festive items, etc.)
• Handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp promotions)
• Plan and design posts, reels, stories, and product photos/videos with the creative team
• Increase online visibility, followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to increase sales and enquiries
• Manage online reviews, customer feedback, and respond professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and production team for promotions and product launches
• Develop marketing strategies for festivals, new products, and monthly offers
• Monitor analytics, insights, and campaign performance to improve results
• Update the website, online menus, and product categories regularly
• Work with delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, etc.) where applicable
• Maintain a content calendar and plan weekly/monthly marketing activities
• Collaborate with influencers or local partners for brand promotions
Requirements
• Minimum 2years of experience in digital marketing (F&B/Bakery/FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital ads
• Ability to create engaging content suitable for bakery brands
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and website management
• Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current marketing trends
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or any graphic tool)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to work with sales, production, and design teams smoothly
