Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals (both in-store and online).
Plan and manage digital campaigns across all channels including search, display, social media, email, and affiliates.
Identify growth opportunities and emerging digital trends in the retail sector.
2. Campaign Management
Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand engagement.
Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
Coordinate with creative teams for ad design, landing pages, and promotional content.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.).
Create and curate engaging content to drive community growth and brand loyalty.
Oversee influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
4. E-commerce & Website Optimization
Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure product listings, SEO, and UX are optimized.
Monitor website analytics and conversion funnels to enhance customer experience.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Develop email marketing campaigns for promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized offers.
Manage customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversions, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
Generate performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Collaborate with in-store operations, merchandising, and visual marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Job Requirements
Drive our retail brand’s online presence and sales! Lead digital campaigns, social media, and e-commerce initiatives to attract shoppers, boost engagement, and grow both online and in-store revenue.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage with target customers and external partners.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
