• Improve visibility across search engines and emerging AI/answer experiences.
• Improve site/content discoverability through content optimization.
• Build and manage a content roadmap that supports both discovery (reach) and conversion (leads/sales).
• Maintain content standards (tone, accuracy, consistency) and ensure content is fit for web and social.
• Formulate and Own social media strategy and plan the calendar across key platforms; to drive constant engagement and strive for community growth.
• Plan and execute social campaigns, coordinate creatives and copy, and continuously optimise performance.
• Able to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns to gain better hit rates that support business’ goals.
• Manage budgets, targeting, testing, and ongoing performance improvements.
• Track, report and recommend solutions to improve performance across various marketing channels.
• Translate data gathered from various platforms and channels and turn them into meaningful insights and comfortable to make sound recommendations to team; and communicate the results clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfortable to widely use AI tools to create, improve market to speed and quality of content/campaign workflows while maintaining brand standards and accuracy.
• Stay current on platform changes and evolving search/AI discovery trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead and work closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and to ensure on-time deliverables.
