About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces (such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop) driving sales growth for sellers, and conducting live stream sales to engage customers and boost conversions.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in e-commerce, understands how to use data and content to drive performance, and enjoys being in front of the camera to connect with online audiences.


Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management



  • Manage and optimize seller accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others.

  • Plan and execute online campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events to increase sales.

  • Monitor store performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales volume) and implement improvement strategies.

  • Coordinate with sellers or internal teams to ensure listings are accurate, well-optimized, and visually appealing.


Digital Marketing & Growth



  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales across marketplaces.

  • Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to support e-commerce campaigns.

  • Create and manage content calendars, product launches, and social media engagement initiatives.

  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.


Live Stream Sales



  • Host and manage live stream sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, or similar platforms to showcase products.

  • Engage audiences with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.

  • Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for live stream scripts, set design, and promotions.

  • Track live stream metrics and continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.


Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.

  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller tools and dashboards.

  • Comfortable appearing on camera for live sales sessions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with data-driven problem-solving ability.

  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing software is a plus.


Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)


  • Experience with influencer collaborations or affiliate marketing.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (for liaising with sellers or customers).
