Position Title: Media Buying Specialist
Working Hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Working Location: Pioneer
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000 subject to direct / relevant experience
About the Role
Our client is looking for a results-driven Media Buying Specialist to manage and optimise paid media campaigns supporting branding, student recruitment, thought leadership, and content amplification. You will oversee campaigns across social, search, and content discovery platforms, focusing on long-form editorial, research, and institutional content to strengthen the global presence. This is an in-house role working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and content discovery networks.
Lead paid distribution of institutional content and social boosting strategies.
Handle ad operations: campaign setup, creative uploads, tracking, budget pacing, and documentation.
Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and conduct A/B testing.
Develop dashboards, analyse results, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns align with NTU messaging and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and native/content discovery platforms.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Experience with tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and reporting platforms.
Preferred
Experience in higher education, public sector, or mission-driven organisations.
Familiarity with lead generation campaigns and content marketing strategies.
Knowledge of programmatic or DSP-based buying and BI/visualisation tools.
