We are looking for a hands-on and creative individual to drive online sales growth through digital campaigns and effective product merchandising. You will work closely with florists and operations to plan product launches, optimize listings, and keep our e-commerce store fresh and competitive.

Plan and execute campaigns
Manage social media calendar and festive promotions
Achieve ad performance KPI
Merchandising & Product Planning
Collaborate with florists on new collections and seasonal launches
Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and SEO optimization
Track sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Sourcing & Coordination
Source packaging and new product ideas aligned with brand
Coordinate with operations for smooth launches and inventory planning
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
1–3 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or merchandising
Creative, data-driven, and commercially minded
Strong coordination skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
