Job description:
We are looking for a hands-on and creative individual to drive online sales growth through digital campaigns and effective product merchandising. You will work closely with florists and operations to plan product launches, optimize listings, and keep our e-commerce store fresh and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and collaborating with external agencies.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
Build reports and dashboards to measure KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS and CPC.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
Merchandising & Product Planning
Collaborate with florists on new collections and seasonal launches
Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing.
Source packaging and new product ideas aligned with brand
Requirements
1–3 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or merchandising
Creative, data-driven, and commercially minded
Strong coordination skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
