Your Role
You’ll manage our online presence, lead generation ads, and website updates, while also creating event content to showcase our team’s success and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Paid Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
Social Media: Manage Instagram & LinkedIn, plan content calendars, create reels, carousels, and stories
Event Coverage: Attend client/adviser events & trainings to film, photograph, and create highlight videos
Brand Portfolio: Build our digital portfolio with testimonials, success stories, and award features
Website: Design, update, and maintain our team’s website (basic UI/UX, landing pages for campaigns)
Analytics: Track performance across ads, posts, and website traffic; suggest improvements monthly
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing (social media + ads)
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & business suite tools
Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing
Hands-on experience with website design (WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace; HTML/CSS a plus)
Comfortable attending and filming events
Bonus if familiar with financial/regulated industries
