Digital Marketing Professional

The Digital Marketing Professional will support the company’s overall marketing and communications initiatives, focusing on online content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking. This role provides hands-on experience in implementing digital marketing strategies within the education and service industry.

The trainee will assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as social media, email, and paid search channels. Responsibilities include preparing content calendars, coordinating creative materials, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints. The trainee will learn to evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, generate reports on key performance metrics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.

The role also involves supporting lead-generation and customer-engagement activities through digital platforms, including website updates and online enquiry follow-ups. The trainee will gain exposure to search engine optimisation (SEO) fundamentals, ad-targeting logic, and customer-relationship-management (CRM) integration for digital outreach.

Through mentorship and structured training, the trainee will develop a strong understanding of brand communication, audience targeting, and content marketing strategies.
